What do I need to apply?
Most Luxia communities ask for a government-issued ID, proof of income (typically 2–3x the monthly rent), and a soft credit/background check. Exact requirements and application fees are set by each community — check their site or ask during your tour.
What should I budget for move-in?
Plan for the first month's rent and a refundable security deposit (amount varies by community and credit), plus any pet fees if applicable. Many communities run seasonal move-in specials — ask what's currently available.
